Payment and Refund Policy
Last updated: 15 October 2026
Scope of the Policy and the Products or Services It Covers
This Payment and Refund Policy applies to all purchases of access to Course A, the professional resource dedicated to studio production in motion. It covers studio equipment setup, dynamic camera operation, lighting and sound waves, and the creation of smooth high-quality workflows for television news and live shows. The policy governs payments made through the commercial website operated by glamstarly and extends to all users located in the United Kingdom who subscribe to or purchase digital access to the resource.
Prices, Currencies, Taxes and Any Additional Charges
All prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling. The total amount shown at checkout includes the applicable rate of Value Added Tax at the current UK rate. No hidden charges apply; any optional add-ons such as extended access periods are clearly itemised before payment is authorised. Currency conversion fees may be levied by your card issuer if you pay from outside the United Kingdom, but these are not controlled by glamstarly.
Accepted Payment Methods, Payment Authorisation and Payment Security
We accept major credit and debit cards processed through secure third-party gateways that comply with PCI DSS standards. Payment is authorised at the point of purchase and funds are held until the order is confirmed. All transactions use encrypted connections. glamstarly does not store full card details on its systems.
Order, Booking or Service Confirmation and When a Contract Is Formed
A contract is formed when you receive an order confirmation email after successful payment. This confirmation summarises the service purchased, the access period and the amount paid. Access credentials or download links are provided within the confirmation or via your account dashboard shortly afterwards.
Cancellation Rights and Applicable Cancellation Periods
Under UK consumer law you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase during which you may cancel without giving a reason. Because Course A is digital content, cancellation within this period is possible only if you have not started accessing the material. If access has begun, the right to cancel is lost.
Refund Eligibility, Exclusions and Non-Refundable Items or Services
Refunds are available within the 14-day cooling-off period provided no substantial access has occurred. Refunds are not available after the cooling-off period has expired, for partially used access periods, or for promotional or discounted purchases where access has already commenced. Technical issues caused by the user’s own equipment or internet connection do not qualify for refund.
The Step-by-Step Procedure and Information Required to Request a Refund
To request a refund, send an email to [email protected] within the applicable period. Include your order number, the email address used for purchase, and a brief statement that you wish to cancel. No other personal details are required beyond those needed to identify the transaction.
Inspection, Approval, Rejection and Notification of the Refund Decision
Requests are reviewed within five working days. You will receive an email confirming approval or explaining the reason for rejection. If approved, the refund is processed immediately. Rejected requests may be appealed once by providing additional information within seven days of the decision.
Refund Method, Processing Time and When Funds Should Reach the Customer
Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing usually takes between three and ten working days depending on your bank. You will be notified by email once the refund has been issued.
Special Rules for Digital Content, Subscriptions, Services or Promotional Offers
Digital access to Course A begins immediately upon confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Promotional offers are non-refundable once the access period has started. No physical goods are supplied, so delivery-related rules do not apply.
Failed Payments, Duplicate Charges, Chargebacks and Suspected Fraud
Failed payments must be retried within 48 hours or the order will be cancelled. Duplicate charges are investigated and refunded automatically within seven days. Any suspected fraudulent activity will be reported to the relevant authorities and may result in immediate account suspension.
Mandatory Consumer Rights in the United Kingdom That the Policy Cannot Exclude
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 or UK GDPR. You retain the right to pursue remedies through the courts or alternative dispute resolution schemes if you are dissatisfied with our handling of a refund request.
